K1 Login Terms and Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

To open and use a K1 Login account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a K1 Login employee where that relationship could result in a conflict of interest.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed K1 Login account unless you have been formally reinstated by our support team in writing.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure.

K1 Login reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one active K1 Login account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact K1 Login support immediately.
• K1 Login reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for an extended period following prior notice to the registered contact details.
• Account usernames, once set, cannot be changed. Please choose your username carefully during registration.

K1 Login may close or suspend your account at our discretion if we believe your activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, to other players, or is in breach of these Terms. Where legally permissible, any remaining balance will be reviewed and returned to you through your registered payment method, less any bonus funds that had not yet met wagering requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on K1 Login are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your K1 Login account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect instantly.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section and may vary by payment method.
• K1 Login does not charge any fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a security measure to protect against fraud.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity and payment verification. This typically involves uploading a valid CNIC and a screenshot or confirmation of your payment account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are listed in the Deposit section of the platform. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering cycle cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance that has cleared all applicable requirements is eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

K1 Login offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, VIP rewards and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier for each bonus (for example, 20x, 30x) is stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device and per payment account.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used to play eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Some bonuses may be restricted to certain game categories.

• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, manipulating game selection to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any coordinated strategy between players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

6. Betting, Games and Sports Wagering

• Live in-play bets are subject to short delays in processing. Any bets placed after an in-play event has concluded due to latency or connectivity issues on your end may be voided by K1 Login.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All game outcomes are independent and random. K1 Login does not manipulate game results.
• Jackpot wins in progressive slots are subject to verification before payment. K1 Login reserves the right to investigate any anomalous win before releasing funds.
• Fish Games operate under standard multiplayer rules. Prize credits are awarded in real time and reflected in your balance upon completion of each game round.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on K1 Login. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or exploiting promotional offers.
• Using automated bots, scripts or other software tools to place bets, navigate the platform or interact with games in a way not intended for human players.

• K1 Login is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, connectivity issues on your end, or delays in payment processing beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• K1 Login does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of expected winnings, regardless of how they arise.
• In all cases, K1 Login's total liability to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time of the incident.
